Once the construction begins, how does the communication between the customer and designer change? How does that get communicated to the customer, allowing the project manager to become the point of contact? What happens if the customer refuses to communicate with the project manager?

This panel will discuss how to best tackle change orders, cost overruns, and customer communication. Walk away having gained new perspective and insights on how to best communicate point of contact changes, while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.
