Are exhibit spaces still available?
Yes, they are! Contact NARI KC staff at [email protected] or 913.362.8833 to inquire about availability and purchasing a tabletop.
How much does it cost to be an exhibitor?
NARI KC Member Rate: $800
NARI KC Non-Member Rate: $1,500 (includes membership fee price – membership is not guaranteed and must be administratively approved before exhibitor registration is approved)
What is included in the exhibitor fee?
Dedicated exhibitor time: 10:45 am – Noon and brunch will be served; 1:30 – 2 pm break with exhibitors, snacks and drinks will be served; 3:30 – 5 pm End of Winter Conference Reception with Exhibitors, 2 drinks tickets will be given for the bar and hors d'oeuvre will be served.
Company and service promotions on our website, in social post, in the printed Winter Conference program that attendees will receive and an after conference thank you.
An email can be scheduled for NARI Kansas City to send on your behalf after the conference.
NARI Kansas City can send a mailing on behalf of the company to all attendees after the Winter Conference.
Two (2) attendee registrations for the Winter Conference. This can only be used for attendees from your company that will work as the exhibit space and/or attendee education events.
How do I book an exhibit space online?
During the registration process, one of the registration options is for an exhibit space. Put the main point of contact's information in the blanks as prompted and a NARI KC Staff member will be in contact with them. Or, you can send an email to Maya Marten at [email protected]
If I'm an exhibitor, what time do I need to be at the there to set up?
Exhibitor move in is from 7-8:30am
What are the restrictions for the items I bring to exhibit?
Your items must fit on the table being provided (6-ft) or be able to stand behind your designated space. If you are unsure about an item, contact us and we will let you know!
